Choosing to go with Breathe Education for my Pilates qualification was a great decision that has continuously paid off since I graduated. Not only do hiring studios look highly upon the qualification, but Breathe, the course, and their tutors empowered me the entire way through to become confident in who I was as an instructor, not pressuring me to have to fit a pre-designed mould. Breathe has fully supported and empowered me throughout this whole course all while being pregnant myself. I was worried about how I would manage the course but I was met with so much encouragement and support that I always felt included and safe. All the instructors are just wonderful people who genuinely want to help you to get the most out of the course and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. The course was brilliantly presented and organised. If this course was not delivered online I would have not been able to complete it. Breathe Education is an amazing course. The course is online based so you can do it anywhere and at a time that suits you! I had enjoyed my time learning from NZ and they have lots of different time for the tutorials to fit in my schedule. The trainers have been so amazing teaching the fundamentals of Pilates and teaching content with up to date scientific background. The trainers really love what they do, and it shows! I always look forward to classes and tutorials:)The online practice teaching also allowed us to meet, connect, support and motivate each other as we worked towards the same goal. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. I really enjoyed my time with Breathe Education (and I am looking to do their diploma in the future haha). Breathe Education provided me with the best learning environment/structure for success, that I have ever received throughout my years of education. The learning process which combines face-face interaction via zoom lectures, tutorials and online e-learning complimented each other and promoted early success for learning. Really loved my experience of Breathe from the very start. The information, data, research and studies they provide you with give you confidence in what you are learning and how best to apply it. Raphael is ruthless in his research and supplies only the latest and most up to date material. The trainers are so positive and make efforts to be actively involved in the students lives and interests - they mention time and time again that they are there to help and they create a really supportive environment. Breathe is also really well connected to people in Australia and internationally who have had incredibly successful carriers and we are able to listen to in-depth conversations with them which really aids our learning and gives us a wider scope of the pilates world. I began this journey to complete my Cert IV with a little trepidation as I was not sure I was cut out to be a pilates instructor..... 20 weeks down the track with wonderful support, encouragement and instruction I am ready to begin a new career (at 50!). I would recommend this course to anyone looking to find out more about teaching movement, and know that as the content is all on line you can do it in your own time at home. You do not need to be a particular body time, age or fitness level, just have a love of pilates and learning. CERTIFICATE IV PILATES/REFORMER PILATES, who would have thought that this journey was going to be life changing. Before starting this course I had no previous experience in study, being an instructor or in Pilates.The moment you sign up to the 20 week course you feel connected with a supportive community allowing the comprehensive week to week classes achieve a consistent growth in learning and skill development.The lectures never felt overwhelming, the delivery of the weeks content was constantly building upon the previous weeks lecture with up to date health community research. Followed by tutorials that helped the content be attainable to all, teaching us about building up an exercise so anyone from a beginner to expert can develop a strong repertoire. Immersing the learning experience further by empowering in freedom of fearless movement and support when need.Week 20 approached us quickly but having pushed myself out of my comfort zone I am now armed with the skills attained throughout the course and am more than ready to fearlessly continue my journey. I am grateful to have had passionate and supportive master trainers with their unique teaching and am thankful to them as well as the Be_Support team and administrators of Breathe.

If you are looking for a way to take your Pilates to the next level, in a flexible and supportive environment then Breathe is a great option. It is a supportive space where you get plenty of experience teaching while learning using the most up to date knowledge in the field. Don't expect to just leave knowing how to instruct Mat and Reformer Pilates, expect to leave with the confidence to teach your way, in your own voice and with the skills to be the best Pilates instructor you can be.

I could not recommend the Breathe Cert IV anymore if I tried, it has drastically changed the way I look at movement, my own practice and how I teach the people in front of me.The online model is incredible! It was so nice to be able to regularly touch base with the teaching staff and other students, I always felt like someone was there for me and I could ask questions whenever they came up. I have built some genuinely strong connections not just in my intake but across multiple groups and staff. Having consistent and regular interaction with the content enabled me to actually digest what we were learning, each week building a little more into our knowledge base. By the end of the 20 weeks I feel like I deeply understand the experience of how to teach a challenging and inclusive group class. I feel empowered and confident to teach any client that walks into my studio, from an absolute beginner to the most advanced client. This is truly an immersive program that helps you actually UNDERSTAND layering and programming and not just memorise a catalogue of exercises.The teaching staff are second to none, I honestly loved the experience so much that I have already jumped straight into my Diploma. I would almost do it again, I enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much for igniting my passion in Pilates again.

Breathe has been much more than just an educator. They have built a community. One that I will forever be thankful to be apart of. The trainers, just wow. I am about to finish studying my Certificate IV with Breathe. I was apprehensive about the online format of learning a movement practice, but the trainers, resources and format of the course made it an absolute breeze to work through everything and gain such a thorough understanding of concepts. I loved the way the information was presented and based on science based practices and the content covers everything from teaching, to movements, to how to begin your own business. Couldnt recommend this company as a pilates qualification enough!!

I'm from Switzlerand and so I was doing my course with 10 hours of difference with Australia. And do you know what? I've juste LOVED this online course. I truly believe that I've learnt as much as if it was face-to-face. The support of Breathe Education was so good! They're almost 24h available and helping with any questions. I feel confident and ready to get into the Pilates industry. It was the best journey I had so far and I enjoyed it so much that I've enrolled for the Diploma 2021. Yeah... nah. I don’t see why anyone would want to learn from an entire team of ultra qualified, dedicated, not only knowledgeable but eager to share professionals? Every single person you will chat to along your course will make you feel welcome, heard and seen, from the moment you think of signing up. Annoying, right? And they keep up with the latest findings in Pilates practice but also in medical studies, so everything you will learn is the most up-to-date, accurate, backed up by science knowledge you can get.And don’t get me started on the community you get to build! Like-minded, supportive, kind and open people who want to make other people feel good! Ugh!Why would anyone want to see each week tutors that come every single time on screen with a huge smile and make you feel like they are so glad you are here? You think you like one teacher and BAM! Here comes the next one and you like them too, maybe even more because they’re bringing their own set of skills and they are willing to share that and teach you it too!And they’re nice. Not just “oh, this person sounds nice” kind of nice. The kind of nice that makes you say “you didn’t have to do that” and fills you with gratitude. After completing the Cert IV with Breathe a few years ago, I was so excited to study my Diploma with them too! I was nervous about the change to online learning due to COVID, however I soon discovered I had no reason to worry. The team at Breathe transitioned from face to face learning to online so seamlessly and the support available from all the amazing teachers, and also the student support team made switching to online learning a breeze. I am sad to be finished, but am leaving feeling more confident and empowered than ever before and that is all thanks to the amazing course provided, my peers, and of course the teachers and support staff! Breathe Education, what an amazing journey! Don't even consider studying anywhere else. The knowledge, skills, support and encouragement you get from your lecturers, masterclasses and practice sessions are second to none. It is unlikely that you will find the same anywhere else.Online training vs. face to face training - online will take your confidence, experience and your learning to a greater height. More than what could be achieved doing a few days of a face-to-face Pilates course and sitting exams.As an employer of Pilates instructors, I believe there is far more value in employing staff who have trained online vs. face-to-face alone. Instructors having completed online training are pushed to think and cue bodies without the ability to do 'hands-on assist'. They communicate differently and in some cases more effectively. They also transition to online training of clients with no trouble, because they are pushed to think outside the box when training online. This is an awesome skill to have as an instructor, one that can't be developed as well in a few days of face to face Pilates training alone.

Have now done my Cert IV and Clinical Diploma in Pilates with Breathe. Without doubt, the best value for money of anything I've ever spent money on. If you want to learn an evidence based approach to teaching Pilates and how to really help people to move fearlessly using knowledge of pain science and the original repertoire, this is the course for you. Incredible group of dedicated teachers, who inspire lifelong learning and what is actually proven science, as opposed to historical myths which dominate the industry. You'll come out of this course confident to teach anyone and help them live better lives. Could not recommend this highly enough, such a talented group of individuals led by the generous and immensely talented Raphael Bender.

I signed up during the lockdown in melb for the cert 4 in matwork and pilates. Best decision i ever made.The online learning format is very flexible and the content of the course is life changing. You not only learn how to cue and teach pilates, but also many other skills that are transferable into your own practice and even everyday life. Amazing company to be valued right from the beginning with ringing up to talk to someone about Breathe and their certifications. I enjoyed every single class and tutorial and lecture. We always had fun while learning and everyone was so nice to each other in the classes and practice teaching. The research is up to date which helped me to learn more after my other certifications with other companies in the past. Keeping up to date is imperative with my teaching and instructing at studios and fitness centers. The feedback from the teachers and the students was always positive and helped us learn from being hands on in the certification. The master classes a amazing. So we could practice at any time of the day with them being recorded, it helped me practice when I had different shifts at work. I would definitely recommend Breathe to people wanting to learn to become a Pilates instructor and Pilates teachers to improve and to learn more modifications with the at home reformer and just the mat Pilates with different exercises available from the Breathe teachers.

When I enrolled in this course, it was due to be delivered face to face over a number of weekends and I was so excited to meet new people and learn from the best in the industry. When covid hit, it moved online and I was reluctant to say the least. In fact if the amazing Lizzie hadn’t given me a pep talk when she sensed my motivation was fizzling out, I probably would have withdrawn. I’m so grateful Lizzie gave me that push because the course was better than I could have hoped for. The content is definitely engaging but the magic is in the delivery. Cloe and Raph are such incredibly skilled educators and they really know how to keep things simple while still cramming in a lot of incredibly important information (backed by the most current science) into every lecture and tutorial. At first I wasn’t sure how well it would work with two young kids hanging off me during lockdown but Cloe would just welcome them to the class and make them feel part of it all. It meant I felt comfortable and relaxed and could participate fully.The one thing that really surprised me though was the social connection! Everyone was so supportive and even though we weren’t face to face, we formed friendships easily and seeing everyone’s faces on my screen every week really helped during lockdown. Thank you to the whole team! Shout out to Heath, Belinda and Sharrman who I didn’t have every week but when I did, they were amazing. So much knowledge, kindness and passion in one team!

I loved my experience completing my Cert IV at breathe education. The team were so proactive and acted so quickly during the pandemic that I was able to complete my Cert IV, during COVID, all the way from my home in rural Northern Territory. The lecturers were down to earth and answered all my questions with grace and patience. I also wasn’t singled out for not having my own reformer, with modifications for a DIY version that felt super similar to the real thing (possibly harder!). I recommend this school to everyone who asks, would totally go back :)

What an incredible education experience. When I enrolled; I was nervous about studying a physical movement course online. And I couldn’t have been proven more wrong. I walked out of Breathe Education with my CERT IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer ready to step straight into the industry and to undertake my own self employment. The confidence instilled in me by the evidence-based educational resources, incredible trainers and unique/effective practical teaching hours methods of delivery is not comparable. I am certain that my clients are in safe hands with this education behind me and continued mentorship going forward from the team. Highly recommend Breathe to anyone wanting to undertake a world-class, government accredited certification.

I cannot speak more highly of Breathe Education and the whole team of educators. I started my Cert IV in May, and the whole structure had been adjusted due to Covid. I feel Breathe created a program that suited everyone - and constantly made adjustments and improvements as the course went on to cater for the constant changes happening around us. Having access to so many educators was a BIG win for me doing this course during Covid - it allowed for a-lot of variety, and for me to learn many different styles of teaching. I cant wait to further my education with the options Breathe have available.

Very disappointed with Breathe, very unethical Education Centre. I booked the online course: Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer November 2020 intake 45 days prior the course. To secure my spot I paid online $50 deposit. Due to my Injury I cancelled my enrollment (43 days prior the course) and they illegally charged my card of $549 to make their 10% of the course which is $599. When I contacted Melodie Johnson – Student Success Manager she didn’t believe me, I provided to her with my medical certificate, but she still was finding excuses to not to refund the money. It is so unethical to operate like that for an Australian business. Also, I have found they changed their refund policy by deleting this part at all. In original T&C it said they refund money in two cases: 1. Due to an injury 2. If member person’s family member dies. As it was an online contract, they just easily changed the Policy. I was reading it with my GF together, so she saw the old conditions also. I can’t believe a business which comes up as a first line in Google search operate like that. I am sure I didn’t take anybody’s spot by cancelling my enrollment 43 days prior the start. To me it looks like they don’t have enough students and they work the way they did to me on order to make their money. They obviously pay a lot of marketing fee to be the first source to come up and don’t refund anyway.I was new to the industry and I said it to the sale person – Peta Henning about it, she provided me with misleading information about the certification. They so actively advertised themselves as Australia’s only Government Accredited, that is correct, but a school not necessarily need to have that to teach Pilates , so students may work after that in all types of environment as Gym, Pilates studio or independent Instructor, so for those who isn’t in the industry very easy to trick. Peta was so pushy with to make her sale and said ‘tomorrow Is the last day to enrol’, that I don’t have a time for my proper research. Well it played a big role and I made my rush enrolment. Later on, just curiosity I made them a call again and enrolment was available even two weeks later. So don’t get cought on that Sale trick.For these many years of Breathe operating, they only taught 2000 student overall, what isn’t too many and their price a bit over charged, I recommend to do a proper search and don’t rush with signing up with them.I had to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading for that poor service and I had to dispute the illegal transaction with my bank, as I lost $599 and I lost my job due to the COVID.I am not sure what people are teaching in that Education Centre, but their sale and management teams are absolutely acting unprofessionally.

After having gone through both Cert IV and Clinical Diploma, I recognised the exceptional quality of education given to graduates about Movement and Pilates.
